Porto Santo is a small volcanic island that belongs to the Portuguese archipelago of Madeira and is located in central East-Atlantic. The mycobiota of this island comprises 19 species of fungi. With the present work, a new record is added to the checklist of fungi from the archipelago of Madeira, Agaricus bitorquis (Quél.) Sacc.
