In this study we present data based on inventories of the bryoflora of Pico Branco in Porto Santo Island. A total of 62 taxa have been identified, 31 liverworts, 30 mosses and 1 hornwort. Of the total of the inventoried taxa, 5 are endemic to Macaronesia
